No Way Home Soundtrack Reveals Major Spoiler

Don’t read further if you don’t want major plot points of Spider-Man: No Way Home spoiled

Many people were spoiled to the end Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. That movie’s soundtrack, released before the film, included a track called “Qui-Gon’s Noble End,” making the fate of Liam Neeson’s character all-too obvious.

Now that mistake has been repeated on the Spider-Man: No Way Home soundtrack. And in this case the spoilers are even bigger than a character’s death.

The track listing for the No Way Home score album by Michael Giacchino has been released, and it maps out the movie beat-by-beat. But one track in particular spoils what would have been a major surprise in the film.

Did you spot the major spoilers?

Sure there’s track 19, “Spider-Men.” It’s been long suspected that Tobey McGuire and Andrew Garfield would reprise their roles as alternate-universe Spider-Men in No Way Home. Leaked photos have indicated confirmation. Now, this soundtrack confirms it yet again.

But that’s nothing compared to track 13: “May’s Death.” Marisa Tomei has been a fan favorite “young” Aunt May in the MCU. Truly, seeing her death (at the hands of…who?) would be shocking. Now, though, that shock is spoiled.

Outside of those, the entire plot of the movie can be sussed out from the above track list, though not much is surprising after the latest No Way Home trailer. Doctor Strange opens a rift in the multiverse, he tells Peter (the Tom Holland Peter) that the only way to heal the rift is to kill the villains, and Peter decides to try another way.

So, what do you think? Has this ruined the movie for you? Or made you even more excited? Let us know in the comments!
